All consultations are by appointment only, Monday to Friday. We can offer appointments in the evening and Saturday morning, by special arrangement. It is our policy to conduct all appointments confidentially and at no time is information regarding any of our clients passed on to a third party.

Please note that due to the personal nature of our work we answer our calls personally. If we are with clients an answer phone may be used during office hours, please do leave your name and telephone number and your call will be returned the same day.

If you need to cancel an appointment 24 hours notice is required to ensure that a cancellation charge is not made.

Free Initial Consultation

At the Eastbourne and Uckfield Hypnotherapy Practice, we like to ensure that the individual needs of all clients are dealt with effectively. Therefore, we offer a free Initial Consultation. This informal appointment is for 30 minutes and enables us to meet you and to discuss your individual needs, the benefits you wish to gain and any concerns you may have about hypnotherapy. At no time, during this appointment, do we carry out therapy.

There is no obligation to continue after this appointment. However, if you do wish to continue a further appointment can be made at this time.
