Depression
Eastbourne and Uckfield Hypnotherapy Practice run by Roy and Caroline Van-der Kieft from their Clinics in Eastbourne and Uckfield, Sussex,UK providing hypnotherapy to clients in Eastbourne, Uckfield, Lewes, Seaford, and Sussex areas for depression, feeling down, sad, stress, anxiety.
Everyone has felt down and unhappy at some particular time, experiencing many different circumstances, within our life, which cause feelings of sadness and unhappiness. In most cases it is possible to deal with these feelings and quite often after a short period time we begin to feel much better again, perhaps talking to friends and family often enables
us to get back to normal. However in some circumstances this is not possible.

For some this sad, unhappy feeling becomes much, much worse and does not go away at all. It even starts to take over their every day life, making it impossible for them to carryout a normal daily routine. For some depression becomes a huge part of their life, the depression completely taking over and controlling what they do and how they do it.

Some sufferers deal with and live with depression for many years finding other ways to control the symptoms the depression causes. Hypnotherapy can be very beneficial to those suffering from depression.

Listed below are some of the symptoms that sufferers will have to cope with:

Finding it hard to deal with every day routine
Not wanting to go out
Feeling unhappy and sad all of the time
Lack of confidence
Low self-esteem
Not wanting to see people
Feeling tired and lethargic
Feeling irritable
Not wanting to make decisions

For those suffering depression over a long period of time Analytical Therapy would be a great benefit to them, enabling them to find the root cause of the problem that caused the symptom of depression originally.
